What LinkMidas keeps about you, and why
This is the ledger of what we hold. Operator: LinkMidas, contact through the account page. Last updated 29 October 2026.
The ledger
We keep four things. Nothing else is collected on purpose.
First, the name and email address Google passes us at sign-in, which identify the account. Second, your API keys and credit balance. Third, a log of calls with action, time and cost, so that we can bill you correctly and answer disputes. Fourth, top-up records. These hold the amount, the date and the transaction reference on the USDT TRC-20 network.
We never see a Google password and we do not take card numbers, since there is no card payment.
What the lookups themselves reveal
Calls name domains. A log of domains you queried can say something about your business, so we treat it as account data and do not publish or sell it.
The free actions run without a key. For those we may keep technical request details such as the time and the address the request came from, for abuse control and capacity planning.
Who else touches it
Google handles sign-in under its own policy. Our hosting providers process data on our behalf to run the service.
Blockchain transactions are public by design. A top-up you send on TRC-20 is visible on the network to anyone, whatever we do.
We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.
Time limits and your choices
Billing records stay as long as accounting rules require. Call logs are kept for as long as they are needed to resolve billing questions and then removed.
To see, correct or delete what we hold, send a request through the account page while signed in. Deleting the account ends access and forfeits any unused credit, so spend or move it first.
Cookies are minimal. They keep you signed in. We run no third-party advertising trackers on the account pages. If we add analytics, they will count visits without following individuals, and we will say so here.
If this notice changes in a way that matters, we will change the date at the top. Small fixes will not move it.
Children and other jurisdictions
The service is for adults running websites. Do not sign up if you are under 16.
Our servers and providers may sit in different countries from you, so your account data may be processed outside your own. We rely on what our providers offer to protect it.
